9月28日讯 据《世界体育报》报道，受伯纳乌停办演唱会等因素影响，皇马在经济上经历了黑色九月。

皇马曾计划通过伯纳乌的商业运营，每年获得4亿欧元左右的收入，这其中很重要的一块是来自举办演唱会，不过因为演唱会噪声扰民受到投诉，现在这一部分业务从本月起已经暂停。皇马想先对伯纳乌进行隔音改造，然后明年春天重启这部分业务，而周围的一些住户以“演唱会的噪音违反环境保护法”为名，希望永久禁止在伯纳乌举办演唱会，预计在下个月，皇马需要参加这一事件的诉讼听证会。

除了“演唱会”的事情，皇马在修建伯纳乌附近的停车场项目时也遇到了麻烦，这个项目因为涉及使用来自西班牙当地政府的公共资金、而在权益分配上涉嫌违法被投诉，皇马为此事也需要打官司。
